  • PURE Concepts, binds itself to allow the Individual to access all the personal and sensitive data held and processed by the Company after the Individual makes a request for access in writing that effect.

6.2 Right to Withdraw Consent:

6.3 Right to Rectification:

  • PURE Concepts binds itself to allow the Individual to request modification of all the personal and sensitive data held and processed by the Company.

6.4 Right to Erasure (‘right to be forgotten’):

  • PURE Concepts binds itself to allow the Individual to request to remove all the personal and sensitive data held and processed by the Company.

6.5 Right to restriction of processing:

  • PURE Concepts binds itself to allow the Individual to request to withdrawal from a particular activities.

6.6 Right to data portability:

  • PURE Concepts binds itself to allow the Individual to request a copy of personal and sensitive data held and processed by the Company.

6.7 Right to object:

  • PURE Concepts binds itself to allow the Individual to request to withdrawal from all future activities and the removal of all personal and sensitive data held and processed by the Company.

6.8 Data retention:

  • PURE Concepts binds itself to retain the data for a maximum period of one (1) year. Should the Individual not opt-in and consent all data will be deleted within six (6) weeks.
  • All Data Protection enquiries/complaints should be sent to info@pureconepts.com.mt.
  • The Individual also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta as the data protection supervisory authority.
